You are personally responsible for all activity carried out under your account, unless it is proven that the account was compromised due to a fault on td999's part. td999 uses SSL encryption and secure technology to protect your information.
Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to financial transactions on td999:
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same method.
- Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
td999 reserves the right to suspend any transaction and request additional verification in cases of suspected suspicious financial activity. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
The following conditions must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn:
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 wagered, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and cannot be claimed again.
- Some games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
td999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. The terms of each promotion are published separately with each offer.
VIP Program & Cashback
The td999 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier changes depend on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are credited to your account each week according to a set schedule. td999 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Behaviour
td999 is committed to ensuring fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Any form of fraud, cheating, or attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities.
- Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to gain bonuses or advantages using multiple accounts.
- Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward other players or td999 staff.
- Taking advantage of any technical error on the platform.
- Depositing funds borrowed or collected from third parties with the intent to repay them through winnings.
td999 monitors all game activity and reserves the right to conduct an investigation if suspicious behaviour is detected. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
Betting & Gaming Rules
td999 offers casino games (slots, blackjack, fishing games, etc.) and sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.). Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface.
In sports betting, the rules for settling results depend on the official outcomes of the relevant sports body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL). If a match is cancelled or incomplete, td999's decision will be considered final.
td999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any game, and to set or change minimum and maximum bet limits.

Account Closure & Termination
You may request closure of your td999 account at any time. It is advised that you withdraw any funds in the account before making the request.
td999 may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:
- If a breach of these Terms is established.
- If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
- If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (inactive account).
- If a self-exclusion request is submitted.
- If it is established that the account was opened using false information.
After account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, bonuses or funds earned from bonuses are not covered by this rule.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
These Terms are written in Bengali and that is the original version. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation or version in another language and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
